Red Lights

I'm working hard for the money, so I love a red hot sale. My outfit by Emporium, great for work or play, is just 55l at Fi* Friday and includes a ton of texture-change options for both the skirt & top. The Eliana skin by Lumae is available for only 75l in Lazy Sunday and pairs nicely with Baholi's Astrid shape, which is obviously one of my Favs. Finally, you can pick up both the necklace and clutch at a great price at 1992's store sale that runs till November. Jazz Diva

Think Billie, think Lena, think Ella... the current Singer Icon fair led to thoughts of the real Diva's that paved the way for so many of today's icons. Their timeless style and grace and incredible talent continues to inspire and they shouldn't be forgotten.

Daisy Days

Lots of hunts and other gifts to pursue in these late summer almost fall days. American Bazaar is celebrating its 3rd anniversary with a sim hunt that brings together some of the grid"s best designers. Gradations

A few looks today with Ravi and some fun with lines and gradations or grayscales or something like that. Actually there is no real theme, but we thought we'd do some fashion shots in this nice mesh build from Designer Prims (99l on MP), before focusing more on the furniture and architecture.

My shape is an excellent new release from Baholi, which has been coming out with great shapes both in-store and at events like She & Him (see recent posts for more from Baholi). The skin is "Poppy" from Aeva, also a new release that you can try in-store (a version is now on sale for a limited time at the Outlet). The Shop

This is sort of a quickie post, but I wanted to show the Eiko dress, before the round changes at the Gallery Gift Shop. It has a great vintage look and pairs well with Miamai's Loroi hair and BSD Design Studio's Post Modernism shoes, which you can pick up at Fashion United.

The excellent shape here is again from Baholi and this one is close to my heart because it was named for yours truly (thanks Adriana!). Like all Baholi shapes, it has a great face and works well with both darker and lighter skins - I've paired it with a new release skin from Aeva that is now on sale at The Outlet. Baholi's Astrid shape is mod, includes multiple versions and is available all month at the She & Him event.

The build I'm using as a backdrop is from the Mad Pea hunt. I'll have more to say on it and some interior shots in a later post.

Drama Queens

American Bazaar has been coming out with great stuff all month, but my favorite are the cool retro tops and pin-up shorts combination from the latest edition of the Boobies Show. These outfits with their various color combinations and vintage vibe are perfect for your inner bad girl and are guaranteed to bring lots of attention as you wander around the grid starting drama (see the last pic for why).

The hair here from Tableau Vivant and MONS are both gifts from Hair Fair, which ends today (or maybe tomorrow, I'm so confused). In any case, if you haven't been, rush over there before it ends for the latest releases and some amazing free stuffs (see my recent post for the gift from MiaMai).

Safari Style
